COVID-19 has disrupted security license testing across the county. Each province has made careful arrangements to protect the health of learners and their exam proctors. Even as Canada starts to open up again, there is still a lot of ambiguity for our students on how and when they can take their security guard exam.

Our goal at The Canadian Academy of Guard Training is to ensure that you have the training and information you need to get your security license and find a job fast.

We’d like to help you better plan for your future, so have compiled a list of how each of the provinces have adapted their exam processes to COVID-19, and what the means for you.

I would love to take the test for the security

  • Archie T. Barnard says:

Good to hear but, the government need to be pro-active in the security guard training and license exam process, taking into consideration that security is very important.
Due to the safety of the students, I advice that the exam be offer on line to enable students sit the exam and apply for their license.
We need to work but, can not due to the perpetual closure of the testing sections.
